Homelea Happenings: Inspired

The last week has left me feeling inspired.  I’ve had lots of great ideas and lots of warm, creative feelings.  I’m thinking this may have something to do with the fact that I’ve finished my masters study for the semester and my mind can now be full of yarn, crochet, vintage and textiles.  Bliss!

We’ll start with some textile goodness – I revealed the Flourish Cushion 2 on the blog.  It’s similar but different to the original Flourish Cushion, but I love it just as much.

I love natural fibres, and I haven’t decided what to do with this natural yarn yet.  Any suggestions?

There have been vintage goodies in my searches for Interior Addict’s 7 Vignettes.  Have you been vignetting?

There have been flowers as well this week. Flowers make my heart sing, especially when they are birthday tulips.

I snapped the vintage Myer sign in Coorparoo.  I love the contrast between the building, the sign and the deep blue sky.

Now to more edible topics – at Homelea we’ve been given some lovely home grown produce.  It’s so wholesome and good.  I love mandarins because they’re easy to peel, but these ones are so sweet and juicy which is an added bonus.

So what makes you feel inspired?

Cheers,

Lynda.

P.S. I’m linking up with Redland City Living for “My Week According to Instagram”
